I finally got a call from some guy wanting to update my information but it has nothing to do with anything that I was concerned about. I am switching to Zookbinders, they are so great. Leathercraftsmen is great too. I really like them but I think their options for more contemporary book is lacking and Zookbinders offer cheaper parent album options. I designed my own, so I just upload and they do rest of it, and regarding Graphi reps, well I receive emails from them regarding deals and when is the deadline, and I think that's all you need to know, I don't see a point calling reps all the time. But yeah when there's a quality Issue you have to contact them I think... but again I never had that issue maybe because those were my first 3 albums so . ehhh.. so far so good.. ... They've fixed everything that's been wrong, but it all has to ship back and forth from ITALY and it can take FOREVER! This, after waiting on it to get to you to BEGIN with. And God forbid I ever get in touch with BECKY! I do all of my own designing, too. Cover images being printed too small on metal covers, dirty fingerprints all over metal covers and pages. I could go on and on. Am with another company now and have just ordered my first album - I'm really hoping they do a better job. As for the software. HORRENDOUS. It's a very nice idea but horribly slow and takes up the entire screen including the taskbar (what were they thinking?). Inexcuseable is that you can't resize the picture to fit into a template once inserted. Makes it inuseable. It's a shame as there are some nice templates there. You can't mix and match templates, it's one template per two page thread which is rediculous. Another big problem is that you can't specify the size of the album at the beginning, who knows what horrible resizing is being done to fit into a standard template and then resized for the actual printing. I was really looking forward to the software when I downloaded it, it showed real promise. In reality, it's not even beta 1 yet.
