I am assuming a driver/patch will be released to correct these issues.

Yosemite is quite new, Wacom just has to hear whats happening and hopefully create a fix. I have joy!!!!Both of my Wacoms are now working. 6.3 (the newest) got some action, but it acted like your screen was 2' x 2'.

I did as HWilliam suggested and tried one version back (6.2.). I didn't test it properly. My first step was to see if it would load in the preferences panel. When it wouldn't I assumed it wouldn't work, but it did.So, my suggestion is first uninstall your current driver throughly and then install 6.2. It will be visible in the System Preferences, but if you click on it will tell you can't load it. But, that didn't matter. I fired up Illustrator and grabbed a pressure sensitive brush and it worked!Obviously, if you have special tweaking you are SOL.
